And I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the paint. I did not expect it to be so professional, but they are really nice. They bloom and mix well.     I bought the 42 color set and this set is beautiful, has lots of pigment and is vibrant. Easy to use and the water pen it comes with is pretty cool and works well (feels a little cheap but does it’s job). I am very impressed with this product, it’s what I was expecting and more! Super fun and I plan to buy the 42 pastel color set in the future

    wait for the paint pallet or tray to dry completely before closing or folding.
    This will help avoid the trays to stick together.

    I was skeptical of these watercolors but watched a review of these on a crafting YouTube channel I subscribe to and since some of these colors are very unique I wanted to try them myself. Her review was good and I have to agree! If you are some great artist these may not be for your very important work, but for most of us with our crafty sides these are nice watercolors in a great travel package.

    I was impressed by the thickness and richness of the colors. A little goes a long way. I used a regular paint brush and water, not the included one for my little fun painting but I did try out the included brush and it worked just fine too.

    I liked these for my artistic travel kit. When I’m in an artsy mood on vacation I have some supplies I like to take along and this set is very compact. Definitely a keeper in that kit from now on. I would like to get a 2nd one with some different colors and forget my 1/2 pan travel kit I made up with my tube watercolors as they tend to get broken up a bit in my bag.

    This was purchased as a gift for my 10 year old granddaughter. She loves all the bright colors and the fun of having so many shades of colors at her finger tips. Easy clean up. Great for travel. The palette opens up like a fan for color selection. I think it would help to have a storage container to put the palette in, especially if you are planning on traveling with it.
    Other than that, it is a well made product.
